  • Please allow up to 1 business day for us to confirm your booking date and time. You will receive a text confirmation once your event has been scheduled and finalized. If there are any scheduling conflicts, a member of our team will contact you directly.

    • A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for cancellations in order to receive a refund. No exceptions.
    • Cancellations made within less than 48 hours of the scheduled booking will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
    • Any changes to the selected package or guest count must be communicated to The Happy Brush at least 48 hours prior to the event. If notification is not provided within the required 48-hour timeframe, the original package and pricing will remain in effect as booked.
    • All packages are subject to minimum guest requirements. If the final attendance is below the package minimum, the agreed minimum package pricing will still apply.
    • Outdoor bookings are subject to weather conditions. In the event of unsafe or severe weather, The Happy Brush reserves the right to reschedule the booking to a mutually agreed upon date. Clients are encouraged to have a suitable indoor backup space available if possible.
    • In the event of last-minute rescheduling due to delays, venue restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances affecting the scheduled booking, The Happy Brush reserves the right to apply an additional $150 rescheduling fee. This fee helps cover scheduling adjustments, staffing, travel, and preparation costs associated with the original booking.
    • To ensure a smooth experience for all guests, sessions will begin promptly at the scheduled start time. The Happy Brush is not responsible for guest tardiness, and guests arriving more than 15 minutes late will not be able to receive individual catch-up instruction or additional time.
    • The Happy Brush maintains the right to provide services in a safe, respectful, and professional environment. Disruptive, aggressive, disrespectful, excessively intoxicated, or rowdy behavior,  including excessive screaming, children running through designated workspace and instructional areas without supervision, or conduct that interferes with instruction, staff, equipment, or the overall experience — will not be tolerated. The Happy Brush reserves the right to immediately terminate or end the session at any time if such behavior occurs. In these situations, no refunds, credits, or partial reimbursements will be issued.
    • Clients accept full financial responsibility for any loss, theft, misuse, or damage caused to equipment, furniture, supplies, décor, tables, chairs, easels, electronics, or materials provided by The Happy Brush during the event. Any damaged or missing item will be charged at full replacement value and immediately added to the final balance. Payment for all damages is required in full before the conclusion of the event.
    • Clients are responsible for providing adequate space for setup and guest accommodations.
    • The Happy Brush reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if the event location is determined to be unsafe, unsuitable, lacks adequate space, proper lighting, or appropriate working conditions for the experience. In such cases, deposits will remain non-refundable.
    • Setup and cleanup times are included within the booked timeframe unless otherwise agreed upon.
    • Setup and cleanup included in package pricing applies only to materials, supplies, and equipment provided by The Happy Brush. Clients are responsible for the cleanup and disposal of personal items, personal decorations, food, beverages, liquor, bottles, cups, and any items not supplied by The Happy Brush.
    • Travel fees will apply for locations outside of the included service areas.
    • Custom themes, specialty supplies, or premium add-ons will require additional fees.
